Winemaking and Aging |
Red vinification with delestage.
Fermentation at controlled temperature (from +14 to max +28°C) to promote development and greater release of varietal aromas.
Aged in stainless steel tanks for 5/6 months, then transferred to barrels and tonneau of different woods for at least 12 months, finally in bottle in underground cellar for at least 6/8 months |
