Our wine-making area

Located in the heart of an excellent winemaking area, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, the winery has seen the growth of a project dedicated to the production of niche wines, deeply connected to the land that creates them. Combining a passion for wine and love for the territory, we dedicate ourselves every day to both the vineyard and the winery.

Every phase of the work, from vineyard care to bottling, is overseen directly by the family, with a constant commitment to maintaining high quality and preserving the values and knowledge passed down by our ancestors.

The winemaking area is underground and equipped with all the necessary tools for the various stages of production. The organic regulations and hygiene laws are rigorously followed, while striving to minimize waste and focus on sustainability.

We use the most advanced techniques to ensure maximum control at every stage of production, without ever losing sight of traditional winemaking methods.

In the vineyard, we carefully tend to the vines, meticulously following each stage of pruning, with trimmings returned to nature, as well as the processes of shoot removal, tying, grass mowing, leaf thinning, and irrigation.

The harvest is done strictly by hand, selecting only the best grape clusters.

Each step is carried out with precision and care to enhance the unique characteristics of our wines.

This balance between modernity and respect for traditional techniques allows us to create wines that best represent our identity.
