Certified organic in 2021, Ca’ Lovisotto is a blend of an ancient lush forest and terraced vineyards, interspersed with fruit trees and spontaneous indigenous plants such as lemon balm, elderberry, juniper, holly, acacia, chestnut, oak, walnut, wild asparagus, wild hops, dandelion, mallow, wild garlic, wild mint, as well as laurel, sage, rosemary, wild orchids, and flowers like primroses, blue irises, helleborine (a type of wild orchid), lilies, and crocuses.
A rich fauna lives in harmony, undisturbed and respected: deer, wild boar, foxes, martens, badgers, squirrels, woodpeckers, and also birds of prey such as owls, little owls, and especially the buzzard (from which the name of the locality POIANIS, where the company is located, is derived). Reptiles, amphibians, and insects, along with harmless bats, ensure biodiversity and are a testament to a true organic regime
